Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, operates in the construction and engineering, underground mining development, and oil and gas markets. The Group delivers its capabilities into three global primary market sectors: oil & gas, metals & minerals and power & water. Its Oil & Gas segment is involved in the engineering, construction, commission, and maintenance of infrastructure for energy, chemical, mining, and mineral projects. The company´s Underground Mining segment provides engineering, shaft construction, mine development, and specialist mining services.

Following its acquisition, effective 1 April 2017, by a consortium led by the Southern Palace Group (Southern Palace), which includes the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), Murray & Roberts Construction was renamed and rebranded as Concor.
