Him Lam Joint Stock Company was established on September 1, 1994 on the basis of conversion from Him Lam Trading Company Limited. Up to now,  Him Lam has invested and built over 70 housing projects and new urban areas,  most of which are located near the city center, with convenient transportation infrastructure.
