Company description

FIEE is a private equity firm founded in 2014 with the aim of deploying institutional capital to European companies active in sectors related to the energy transition and decarbonization of the economy. At present FIEE manages over EUR390 million (US$388 million) through FIEE I and IEEF II. FIEE SGR S.p.A., authorized by the Bank of Italy for the exercise of investment services on 7 December 2015, is registered under no. 140 of the Register of Asset Management Companies, AIF managers section. FIEE operates as an asset management company pursuant to art. 35-undecies of the TUF.
