Cordiant is a sector-focused investment manager with particular expertise and experience in digital infrastructure, with a predominant focus on data centers, mobile telecommunications/broadcast towers, distributed sensor networks and fiber-optic network assets, primarily located in the UK, Europe, the United States of America and Canada. Cordiant invests in global infrastructure and real assets, running infrastructure private equity and infrastructure private credit strategies through limited partnership funds and managed accounts.

Cordiant’s current client base consists of global insurance companies, pension plans and family offices. Cordiant has maintained a long-term focus on ESG and impact investing being, amongst other notable memberships, an early signatory of the United Nations PRI (Principles for Responsible Investing) and a founding signatory of the World Bank/IFC Operating Principles for Impact Management.
