The University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS), local authority, announced the public hearing of public-private partnership project (PPP) facing the management of its buildings and common areas.The object of the administrative concession is the construction, operation and maintenance of the new building at the Campus Barcelona, ??as well as the operation and maintenance of the existing buildings of the municipal university, which has provided higher education services for 48 years and charges tuition for its students .The project was structured through an Expression of Interest Procedure (PMI), in which (i) CLD Construtora, Laços Detetores e Eletrônica Ltda. and (ii) Socicam Administração, Projetos e Representações Ltda. in conjunction with 3PBrasil - Consultoria e Projetos de Estructura de Parcerias Público-Privadas e Participações Ltd.
