Canadian Base Operators is a performance based contractor providing facilities management, operations and logistic support services to the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) and commercial clients. Canadian Base Operators Inc. is a Canadian registered joint venture company that was formed in 1995 by Black & McDonald Ltd and Defense Support Services (now PAE - Pacific Architects & Engineers) to provide improved management, operation, and maintenance of DND facilities, plus a wide range of logistics support to training and operations of the Canadian Forces.
