Triângulo do Sol is a private concessionaire of highways owned by the government of the state of São Paulo. Since April 29, 1998, it has managed a network of 442,196 km, close to the municipalities of São Carlos , Araraquara , Matão , Catanduva , São José do Rio Preto , Itápolis , Jaboticabal , Bebedouro , Taquaritinga and Sertãozinho.
The AB Triângulo do Sol concessionaire belongs to AB Concessões, which is controlled by the Italian Atlantia Group. AB Concessões is among the main highway concession companies in Brazil and manages more than 1,500 km of highways, being responsible for the São Paulo concessionaires AB Colinas (100%), AB Triângulo do Sol (100%), Rodovias do Tietê (50%) and, in the State of Minas Gerais, AB Nascentes das Gerais (100%).
