Uniquest Infra Ventures Private Limited (Uniquest) is a joint venture of UEM Group Berhad (a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad - the investment arm of Government of Malaysia) and IDFC Limited (IDFC).

Uniquest envisions long-term investment in viable infrastructure projects in India with highest regard for operational excellence, risk management and corporate governance. The company has got equity stake in Jetpur Somnath Tollways Private Limited (JSTPL) which is implementing a 124 Km BOT project on NH-8D connecting Jetpur and Somnath in Gujarat. Uniquest is the single largest shareholder of JSTPL. Uniquest has also acquired majority stake in SEW Navayuga Barwani Tollways Pvt Ltd (SNBTPL)  which is operating the Khalghat-Madhya Pradesh/ Maharashtra border section of National Highway-3 from Km 84.70 to Km 167.50 in Madhya Pradesh, under a concession agreement signed with the National Highways Authority of India.
